Lovely staff members who who were extremely attentive and who really wanted to help at all times. Claudia who went out of her way to help with my booking when I had made an error in making a booking and Pratiksha when I checked out. Nothing was too much trouble. Simraujit and Dejan who served in the bar when I went for a nightcap were most helpful and Pratiksha, Hovek and Rose at breakfast time deserve a special mention for helping out when one of the RFU officials came down to meet me after breakfast. They made sure we could hold a small informal meeting in the room for a short time without interruption. Brilliant.
